"Mike came to us by way of USAA. He called us, we were in another state, immediately with questions of

When we met he had complete packets on each house, he had mapped out the day and spoken to the home owners if necessary. Had we not trusted Mike we would not even have looked in Hiawassee. We were so taken by the charm of Blue Ridge that everything else seemed bland. But because Mike knew all of the things that make Hiawassee special and was able to show us, as opposed to just telling us, we were sold.
